Preliminary Title Exploring the dynamics of emergent biofuels policy and innovation practice in India.
Project Details The project aims to capture the emergent dynamics of a novel innovation for development by examining the co-evolution of biofuels policy and innovation practice in India. Drawing on science, technology and innovation studies, as well as development studies, the project attempts to unravel how biofuels have emerged on the development agenda; what the interplay is between evolving policy articulation and innovation practice; and what the implications of these emergent innovations are for the existing agendas, competencies and partnership networks of stakeholders in rural innovation.
