All rooms have a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilities

Check In

On the Day of your arrival you may check in for your accommodation from 3pm onwards. The reception at your accommodation block will be open until 10.30pm on all nights of the conference. After this time the Campus security team will hold the keys.

If you arrive after 10.30pm please make your way to Campus Security, located at the entrance of Northcote House (tel. 01392 263999). If you travel by taxi, keep your taxi while you visit security to pick up your keys. Once you have received your keys, please go to your accommodation block, see map for location.

Advance notification if you plan to arrive after 10.30pm must be made to the Event Exeter Office, during office hours on 01392 215566.

For your information, there are some general notes for residential guests displayed in your room. If you require any further assistance during your stay please ask at the reception desk for the Duty Manager, who will be delighted to help you.
