Master Courses at Cardiff and Lancaster
Masters
At Lancaster we offer a unique pair of MA courses, designed as a platform for PhD study in the social aspects of genomics. MA Genetics and Society (Research) is recognised by the ESRC as a research training course, and is therefore an excellent basis for anyone planning to apply to the ESRC for +3 PhD funding. MA Genetics, Culture and Public Policy shares some elements with this MA, but does not require students to undertake general courses in social science methodology.
